She is a certified trauma-informed yoga therapist & instructor, a queer & neurodivergent military spouse, & mom. Her poetry & photography have been featured in Passengers, Susurrus, FERAL, The Jelly Bucket, Mid-Atlantic Review, Paper Dragon, America’s Future anthology by WWPH, & several military anthologies.
